It’s in our nature to carry negativity, a lot longer than we should.

We fall into the trap. Guilty!

 

For most of us, it takes a lot longer to get out of it. I question myself most of all: why is it more comforting to hold the negative close rather than release it and make room for the positive?

I don’t have the answers. We can only answer this for ourselves because let’s face it, we’re all at different stages of our lives and no one knows you better than YOU.
