It’s so easy to obsess of the little things. I know, I totally get it. But when we learn to free things we can’t control we free up negative energy. I know it’s easier said than done.

Here’s what I got: The Five Minute Rule.

You may have done something similar. At the end of my yoga class, the instructor has us tense up everything in our bodies and then release it as part of the cool down. Well, that’s the five-minute rule – sort of. I have been preaching this for years – allow yourself to vent or cry or obsess for five minutes and then release it. You have to! Come to think of it, something I was worried about just last week was beyond rediculous. Like, I’m too embarrassed to even mention it. But you know what – here I am this week laughing at myself for even making a big deal about.
